Ultimate Frisbee is a fast-paced, non-contact team sport that combines the aerial passing skills of football with the non-stop movement and athletic endurance of soccer and lacrosse.
At the core of the sport is the concept of Spirit of the Game. According to USA Ultimate,
“Ultimate relies upon a spirit of sportsmanship that places the responsibility for fair play on the player. Highly competitive play is encouraged, but never at the expense of mutual respect among competitors, adherence to the agreed upon rules, or the basic joy of play.”

We will be holding a clinic for high school players this fall (2021). Practices will be coached by former members of Towson University's ultimate teams. Each week players will have the opportunity to develop new skills and learn different elements of the sport. Scrimmages against other teams in the area may be possible.
