Towson Recreation Council

Towson United's Under-8 Division (U8) introduces players born in 2016 to competitive soccer play while continuing to emphasize player development, sportsmanship, and fun.  Fixtures are 7v7.  Goal keepers are introduced.  Scores are recorded and standings are kept.  A playoff tournament is played at the conclusion of the season.  Players are given the opportunity for equal playing time during games.  Players also participate in a weekday practice.  Practice drills are designed to give all players maximum time engaged with their own ball.  Players receive a full uniform (shirt, shorts, & socks) and a ball.  While cleats are optional (but recommended), players must wear shin guards. 

The Registration Fee includes a full uniform kit and size 3 ball.  Fall Registration opens May 1st.

The 2023 Season begins on September 9th, and runs for 8 weeks.  A game schedule may be found below when finalized by the league.

All games and practices take place at either Forge Field or Glendale Park.  Limited parking is available on-site (subject to availability).
