Fall 2018 Schedule

Adult Fitness For Women and Men Ages 10 Years And Up

Location: Dumbarton Middle School - Activity Room

Time: 6-7 pm


Session 1   Sep 4 - Oct 26 

(no class on Sep 10; make up schedule will be announced) 


Session 2   Oct 29 - Dec 21

(no class on Nov 6; make up schedule will be announced) 


Available Programs

Body Toning & Shaping: classes are held on Monday and Thursday evening in the Dumbarton Middle School activity room. 

  • Body Toning and Shaping is a high-impact workout for improving fitness and building strength and stamina. Tone and shape your body with a combination of aerobic movements, kickboxing, Yoga, and Pilates that will target all of the body's major muscles.

Low Impact Interval Training: classes held on Tuesday evening in the Dumbarton Middle School activity room

  • Low Impact Interval Training is for everyone with moderate fitness level. Raise your overall fitness and increase your heart and lung capacity through a full-body cardio workout combined with strength exercises.

1 class per week:   $30
2 classes per week: $56
3 classes per week: $80

A senior citizen (55+) discount of $5 per number of classes apply (e.g. 1 class/week at $25). 

Additional Information

All classes are held in the activity room of Dumbarton Middle School, from 6-7pm.

Make sure to bring hand-held weights (2 or 3 pound recommended), floor mat and water.

The program does follow the Baltimore County Schools decisions for inclement weather, if schools are closed classes will be cancelled
