Goggles

Since we will be using regulation balls, girls are required to wear protective eyewear during practice and scrimmages.  Protective eyewear must be certified by the protective eyewear certification council (PECC) and must be in compliance with ASTM F803-30 Standards for Lacrosse. Go to www.uslacrosse.org for a list of manufacturers and models of eyewear meeting these specifications and for other information on protective eyewear.

GIRLS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY WITHOUT A MOUTHGUARD OR EYEWEAR.

You can get mouthguards, sticks and eyewear at most sporting goods stores (ex: Lacrosse Unlimited, Dick’s, and Sports Authority)
