Tyker (under 9)
Generally, these players are in 2nd and 3rd grade.
The season goes from mid March to the end of May.
Teams will practice twice a week (1 weekday and on Sunday) before games start. After Sunday games start practice goes down to one weekday practice a week.
Games are played on a small sized field. They play 7vs7 and a goalie. One coach per team is allowed on the field to assist, but there is an official referee to make unbiased calls.
At the beginning of the season a Tyker player can choose to tryout for the MYLA Tyker team that travels to play other teams out side of Kelly Post.
