CLINIC/Pocket (under 7)
Generally, these players are in 1st grade, kindergarten, or Pre-K.
The season goes from mid March to the end of May.
Practices are once a week for the first 5 weeks, then they change to games.
The first five sessions will be spent rotating through stations at which the girls learn different skills; i.e. throwing, catching, ground ball pick up, shooting, defensive and offensive positioning. The last four sessions will add scrimmages.
Games are played with modified rules. They play 7vs7 without goalies, and the coaches are on the field to assist as well as referee.
