The Towson Recreation Council (TRC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the development of our community's young people and adults. Our programs are planned, promoted and directed by unpaid volunteers who work together to strengthen the community.  It is our belief that the pursuit of leisure time activities enhance the quality of life of our many participants.  Therefore, the TRC board and program directors strive to nurture, plan and protect the leisure needs of present and future Towson residents.

The goals of our youth programs are to provide enjoyable activities, offer beneficial instruction, and develop good sportsmanship skills.  Our activities target the average skilled athlete, are fun, and provide a healthy recreational learning experience for all young people.
