11/12 Division introduces base stealing.  Coaches continue to focus on fundamental mechanics to maximize each player's growing potential.  Most MLB rules are followed with minor exceptions which are detailed in the rule book.  Adult umpires are employed to handle the complexity and speed of the games.

Parents are encouraged to assist during practices so time with players can be maximized. 

• Players must be 11 or 12 years old as of May 1, 2024.
• Practices begin in early April.
