I think my player is registered? How can I be sure?
You can log in to your SportEngine account and view all of your TRC registrations, current and past.
I have not been told what team my player is on. Can you tell me?
Messages are sent to the first contact on the registration. First check your spam folder. Next check your SportEngine account to see what contacts are listed.
How can we update our contact information?
You should make sure that the contact information in your SportEngine account is up to date. You can do this by logging in to your account (upper left corner of website) and accessing the 'account settings'.
We can't remember which division we signed up for. How can we find this information?
You can find all information related to your registration by logging in to your SportEngine account (upper left corner of website) and viewing your registration history.
What days of the week will my player be playing?
In-House Clinic/Pocket will play once a week on the weekend.
In-House Tyker will play twice a week. 1 practice during the week, one game on the weekends.
MYLA teams will practice twice a week. Generally games will be on the weekend, but there will be mid week games too.
How and when do we pick-up our uniform?
Uniforms will be distributed to each team just prior to the start of games.
MYLA team uniforms will need to be returned at the end of the season.
What equipment does my child need?
All players must provide their own regulation stick, goggles and mouth guard. Cleats are recommended for older girls. Goalie equipment will be provided.
We requested a coach/teammate during registration. Will organizers take this information into consideration?
For in-house divisions, organizers make every effort to honor teammate and coach requests.
Our MYLA teams play outside of our organizations and teams are constructed based on skill level. Teammate request information is made available to coaches, but the honoring of such requests cannot be guaranteed.
Can my team use TeamSnap?
Yes, But using SportsEngine is free to all TRC teams and is directly connected to our website so a Coach can update the website from their phone.
