Session 1: September 9 - November 15
Session 2 (revised): December 2 - March 13, including these make-up dates due to inclement weather:
Session 3 (revised): March 24 - June 9 (with exception of BCPS break from Apr 12 - 21)
Body Toning & Shaping: classes held on Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays for Sessions 1 and 2. Classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays only during session 3 (revised).
Body Toning and Shaping is the high-energy workout for improving fitness and building strength and stamina. Tone and shape your body with a combination of aerobic movements, kickboxing, Yoga, and Pilates that will target all of the body's major muscles.

Low Impact Interval Training: classes held on Tuesdays
Low Impact Interval Training is for everyone with moderate fitness level. Raise your overall fitness and increase your heart and lung capacity through a full-body cardio workout combined with strength exercises.

2 classes per week: $70
3 classes per week: $85
4 classes per week: $90
A senior citizen (55+) discount of $5 per number of classes apply (e.g. 1 class/week at $30).
All classes are held in the activity room of Dumbarton Middle School, from 6-7pm.
Make sure to bring hand-held weights (2 or 3 pound recommended), floor mat and water.
